Platform Monetization and Free Expression: How Creator Payments Reshape Online Speech and Information Access

We’re pleased to announce our next Comparative Legislation Roundtable, exploring how platform-facilitated creator payments are reshaping online expression and access to information. The session will be led by Victoire Rio of WHAT TO FIX, who will examine recent developments in creator monetization products, policies, transparency, and emerging approaches to regulatory oversight. Matías González Mama, Regional Area Senior Coordinator for Latin America, will moderate the discussion.
